Reservations and use
- What time is check-in/check-out?
- Check-in is from 3pm to 7pm / Check-out is by 11am the following day.
※ Our staff will assist you with the check-in process and tell you about our facility. If your arrival time changes significantly due to traffic conditions, please make sure to contact us.
- Are there cancellation charges?
- The cancellation policy is as follows.
・14 days prior to the stay: 20% of the room rate
・7 days prior to the day of stay: 50% of the room rate
・3 days prior to the day of stay:100％ of the room rate
- Are parking spaces available?
- Free parking is available.
Parking is available for up to 6 cars.
*The number of parking spaces available includes the second parking space.
*Please use the coin-operated parking in front of the facility if the parking lot is full as it is shared with tenants.
- Can I use consecutive nights?
- Of course it is possible.
We have special offers available, so please take advantage of them.
- Can children be accommodated?
- Of course it is possible.
Children of primary school age and under stay at no extra charge. Please inform us if you require a bed and futon.
- Are pets allowed?
- Sorry, no pets are allowed.
Pets are not allowed.
- Is the rooftop Jacuzzi free to use?
- It is of course freely available. Please note the following.
*There are no changing rooms. Please wear swimwear.
*Please do not disturb neighbouring residents.
*The use of charcoal, fireworks and campfires is prohibited.

- What facilities are available?

- Are amenities available?
- Bath towels / face towels / bath mats / shampoo / conditioner / body soap / toothbrush set / cotton swabs / body sponge / bath cap / comb / indoor slippers / razor / hairdryer / safety box / hangers.
Additional items are also available in the corridor on the second floor of the hotel. Please feel free to use them.
Meal
- Are meals available?
- Sorry. We do not provide meals.
There are a number of gourmet restaurants in the vicinity.
Other
- Are there any convenience stores or supermarkets nearby?
- There is a 7-Eleven 2 minutes‘ drive and 10 minutes’ walk away.
- Can I leave my luggage before check-in?
- Yes, you can. Since staff assistance is required, please inform us of the date and time you plan to bring your luggage in advance.
ACCESS
By Train
Approximately 1 hour from Osaka city.
Take the Nankai Main Line from "Nankai Namba Station" and get off at "Nankai Izumisano Station". From there, it's about a 10-minute by walk.
By Car
Approximately 45 minutes from Osaka city.
From "Umeda IC", take the Hanshin Expressway No. 4 Bayshore Route to "Izumisano Minami IC", which takes about 40 minutes.
From "Izumisano Minami IC", take Prefectural Route 29 for about 2 minutes.
By Airplane
Approximately 15 minutes by taxi from Kansai International Airport.
(Tell the driver you are going near Izumisano-shi Daiichi Sho-gakko.)
Approximately 20 minutes by train from Kansai International Airport.
Take the Nankai Airport Line from "Nankai Kansai Airport Station" and get off at "Nankai Izumisano Station". From there, it's about a 10-minute by walk.
